Our work

Projects

Villas, hotels, supermarkets and government buildings across Anguilla and the Eastern Caribbean. Every system we have installed is still running, still saving.

Case studies

What the work
actually looks like.

Three representative projects. We keep client details private, so these are described by property type rather than by name.

Residential

Cliff-top villa, Anguilla

The problem
A large single-family villa running air conditioning, a pool and full-time water heating on utility power.
What we did
Full-roof array sized against a year of metered consumption, paired with a battery bank covering the overnight load and the whole property during outages.
The result
The villa now runs on its own production for the bulk of the year, and rides out grid failures without a generator starting.
Commercial

Retail rooftop, Eastern Caribbean

The problem
Refrigeration and lighting running through the working day made electricity the second-largest cost on the business.
What we did
A large commercial rooftop array matched to the daytime load curve, installed in phases so trading was never interrupted.
The result
Break-even inside three years, with a return in the low thirties of a percent per year over the life of the system.
Storage retrofit

Family home, Island Harbour

The problem
An existing solar array cut the bill but shut down during outages — leaving the family without power after storms.
What we did
Storage retrofitted alongside the existing array, with a critical-load panel covering fridge, fans, lighting and internet.
The result
Essential circuits now stay live through multi-day outages, with no manual switching and no fuel to source.

Your roof could be next.

Send us a photo of your roof and a recent electricity bill and we will tell you what is possible before we even visit.
