How it goes

From first call to switch-on.

Most people expect solar to be complicated. It is our job to make sure it is not. Here is exactly what happens, and who handles each part.

A conversation and a site visit

We look at twelve months of bills, walk the roof, check shading and structure, and ask what you actually want the system to do. No charge for this.

A design and a written proposal

You get a system layout, a production estimate and the full financial picture — cost, savings, payback — in writing, before you commit to anything.

Permits and utility approval

We prepare and file the paperwork, deal with the inspectors, and manage the interconnection application on your behalf.

Installation

Our own certified crew, not a subcontractor. Residential installs are typically three to five days on site; commercial projects run longer.

Commissioning and handover

We test everything, walk you through the system and set up monitoring so you can see production from your phone.

Service for the life of the system

Annual inspections, cleaning and any warranty work. Same team, same phone number, years later.
